Join the Legal Leadership Team at Randstad HQ Summary: We are hiring a (Senior) Director Global Legal – M&A / Treasury to lead high-stake acquisitions, divestitures, and complex financing arrangements from our global headquarters in Diemen, steering the legal strategy for the world's leading talent company. Location & Working Conditions: Primary Location: This role is based at our Global Headquarters (HQ) in Diemen, Netherlands . Working Hours: Full availability is required during Central European Time (CET) business hours to ensure effective collaboration with the Executive Board and Global Legal Leadership Team. Hybrid Structure: While based in Diemen, we offer a flexible hybrid working model that balances office presence at our Amsterdam-area hub with remote work flexibility. What You Will Achieve (The Purpose) As a critical member of the Legal Leadership Team (LLT) , you will provide the legal steering for complex M&A transactions and financing projects.
