Director, System Engineering Location: Utrecht, Netherlands: As a Director – Systems Engineer, you will manage the team to achieve success, working closely with the sales organization throughout the Netherlands. We expect our managers to be actively involved not only in developing a pre-sales strategy for the region and managing staff—we also expect the Director to work with their team, ensuring their active involvement in promoting our technology and generally playing an active role in the success of the entire sales organization! Key requirements: Developing a pre-sales strategy in the Netherlands and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new and existing customer relationships. Presenting and demonstrating Fortinet solutions and positioning products against the competition. Monitoring and evaluating individual/team and organizational goals. Planning changes related to employee and organizational development to support sales. Leveraging and supporting internal and external influencers (marketing, support, engineering, system integrators, partners). Conducting performance reviews, coaching, and development.
