About this role: The Leasing Professional has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Community Manager for demonstrating apartments and the community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. They will also be responsible for providing customer service support to residents and prospective residents at the property site, including answering telephones, greeting customers, performing move-in procedures, processing rental applications and maintenance service requests, and other duties as assigned. Hourly pay range: $20 - $22 DOE - This position offers eligibility for leasing bonuses at the property listed above.
