Job Description: The Talent Operations Director is responsible for leading talent delivery and overseeing efficient hiring operations. Reporting directly to the SVP of Talent Acquisition, this position collaborates with TA Regional Directors, Team Leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met, develop recruitment strategies, and support organizational objectives. The Director co-designs, and manages global data governance dashboards, enhances KPIs for continuous improvement, oversees demand planning, and drives innovation within global talent acquisition teams.
