About the role. We’re seeking a seasoned leader to own Netflix’s global design and build portfolio for enterprise physical security technology across Streaming, Studios, and Consumer Products & Experiences. You will lead a distributed team of project managers and govern a global ecosystem of service providers to deliver best-in-class, cloud-first security systems at scale. You will be the decision-maker for global standards and vendor selection, drive Revit/CAD-based design execution, and manage a significant annual portfolio. This role is program-focused: you’ll build and run a high-performing delivery program with SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven reporting.
