Manager, Media & AV

Job description

The Manager, Media & AV is responsible for the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise audio-visual services across classrooms, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and event venues. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of AV operations, vendor integrations, lifecycle management, and service delivery to ensure high-quality, reliable user experience. The Manager, Media & AV partners closely with IT, Facilities, Academic/Business units, and external vendors to standardize AV platforms, manage upgrades, and align AV solutions with organizational goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Own the enterprise AV roadmap, standards, and lifecycle strategy across all supported spaces. - Define and maintain AV design standards, room typologies, and technology reference architectures. - Align AV services with collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex) and enterprise IT standards. - Develop and manage AV budgets, forecasts, and capital planning; evaluate emerging AV technologies and recommend investments; and oversee budgeting, procurement, and inventory management for AV and media technology assets. - Drive continuous improvement of AV reliability, usabilit...
