Field Reliability Technician Status: Non-Exempt (hourly): Department: Reliability Engineering: Shift : 1st with 50 % Travel Position Summary: The Field Reliability Technician will perform fuel cell component and system testing, along with test support functions and maintenance for fuel cell system and component testing. This position requires a candidate with strong electrical and mechanical expertise with an uncompromising dedication to quality. The ideal candidate will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills. The Field Reliability Technician must be able to thrive in a fast-pace engineering environment and be capable of working in the field as needed, interacting with our customers and field services teams. Core Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct experiments, gather data and perform basic investigations - Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving to diagnose system, sub-system, and ancillary component issues during the investigative process - Perform additional basic lab functions and tests as required - Maintain accurate and detailed records of research findings and enter results in appropriate database - Travel up to 50% to customer sites to...
