The Custodian is responsible for performing the overall housekeeping services of the building, including turn cleaning of vacant units, under the direction of the Property Manager or the Property Operations Manager. They are responsible for maintaining a “sparkling clean” first impression of the property for residents and potential residents. We believe everyone at Goldmark is a leader! This role will be responsible for bringing our Goldmark vision of creating a better living for our customers and our communities to life at their individual property level. They will focus on customer service and quality as the Goldmark differentiator in making our residents feel at home.
