ATI Is seeking to hire a Sr. Cost Analyst to support the Monroe Production Facility of our Specialty Materials business unit. This position will be based in Monroe, NC As a Sr. Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the subject areas of operational rate development & maintenance, cost planning, analysis, month-end reporting and inventory transactions at ATI's Richburg, SC facility. This role's primary focus is to be the accounting/finance leader for the facility to help and support in decisions being made as well as driving month end close. This position will also be involved in process improvement and project-based work. A successful Sr. Cost Analyst will quickly grasp ATI's business culture and processes, be able to work independently with minimal oversight in a matrixed environment and possess a strong continuous improvement mindset.
