The Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties Inc. is looking to fill a full time Community Based Children's Case Manager position. Bi-lingual applicants encouraged to apply. The Community Based position (STSJP) will be working with youth throughout Columbia County. This program consists of three services: School-Based Programs (SBPP), Community-Based Prevention Program (CBPP) and Supervision and Treatment Services for Juveniles Program (STSJP) Hudson and Columbia County. The Ichabod Crane and Taconic Hills School-Based Prevention Programs are collaborative efforts between the Columbia County DSS, the two school districts and MHACGC. Based at the school, MHACGC staff provides services to families with children who have serious emotional, social and/or behavioral issues that put them at risk of being placed in out-of-home settings or dropping out of or failing in school.
