Job Description The Lead Business Intelligence Specialist provides technical leadership for Epic Cogito analytics and enterprise BI solutions at Northwell Health. This role leads Epic ‑ based analytics initiatives while ensuring strong integration with modern BI tools and enterprise standards. This role is primarily focused on driving and overseeing front-end Cogito development—building, optimizing, and ensuring the adoption of Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards/components, SlicerDicer sessions, and related Cogito content that enables reliable self-service analytics. Leads the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of business decisions. Ensures the translation of business requirements into detailed technical design and programming specifications. Oversees data analysis, identification of data sources, and modification of data architecture as necessary.
