Skills: - Must be minimum 21 years of age - Must have had a valid US Drivers license for at least 3 years - Must have a valid driver’s license - Texas CDL Class A or B preferred - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Texas CDL class B license with passenger endorsement - Must have clean driving record – DMV printout required for the last 10 years - Must have stable work history - Excellent customer service skills - Positive attitude and enjoy working with the general public - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional judgement - Fast learner - Able to follow directions - Time management skills Key Accountabilities: Safety: Operations: - Ensure customers feel welcome - Effectively communicate with passengers especially in the event of service disruptions - Provide passengers with assistance as needed - Accommodate passengers with information such as schedule, guidance, ect. - Ensure safe on-road operations while maintaining on-time performance - Familiarity with assigned routing and detours - Awareness of ADA Policies and Procedures - Understanding of ADA Compliance - Proper operation of all wheelchair lifts, for each bus model - Report immediately to dispa...
