The Outside Sales Executive will be responsible for attaining new business growth within an assigned territory. This will involve identifying leads, proactively prospecting, and selling new and profitable business in the commercial, industrial, and recycling lines of service. Developing effective relationships with customers and key-decision makers will be critical to success. Reports To: Sales Executive Leader: Regularly collaborate with the Sales Leader to review activity, pipeline, and opportunities. - Meet and exceed monthly targeted revenue goals. - Identify viable leads and manage prospects to acquire new, profitable business. - Mine new potential business utilizing market research, networking, and cold calling. - Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing. - Develop in-depth knowledge of LRS solutions. - Utilize Salesforce to schedule and document all activities and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers. - Develop proposals and conduct presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of LRS solutions. - Complete cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointmen...
