Job description

The Registration Specialist is responsible for functions that contribute to the enrollment of new students and their completion of Semester Check-In. The environment for this position is a blended inbound and outbound call center. This position is expected to demonstrate effective professionalism and extraordinary customer service while communicating with and managing newly admitted, confirmed, and enrolled students at Regent University. Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA: Qualifications: - Represent Regent University as a Registration Specialist for undergraduate and graduate school programs providing extraordinary customer service with each admitted, deposited, and enrolled student. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge on university culture and programs while effectively advising students on their next steps to move forward through the admissions funnel. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge on all student-related resources including admissions processes, financial aid costs, transfer guidelines, licensure guidelines, military benefits, and other pertinent information to assist with sales-related conversations. - Make a high volume of outbound phone calls, recei...
