Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our growing Infrastructure team in Newcastle. Reporting to the Managing Director, this rail-focused role will be responsible for maintaining Lycopodium Infrastructure’s safety and compliance performance, with a strong focus on Rail Safety National Law (RSNL), ONRSR expectations, accredited rail operations, Client requirements and our broader certification obligations. The role will support Lycopodium’s rail activities, including our Road Rail Vehicle (RRV) / Rolling Stock Operator (RSO) accreditation in NSW and work undertaken on public and private railways.
