In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes within agreed underwriting authorities and governance standards. You’ll also contribute to product strategy and support ing the development of others through technical guidance and coaching , fostering a high ‑ performing and collaborative underwriting team environment .
