Job DetailsJob Location: Cincinnati, Oh - Cincinnati, OH 45241Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Not SpecifiedJob Shift: DayJob Category: Admin - ClericalEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all data entry on accounts payable, reconcile vendor statements, print payable checks and prepare for approval Enter any payments from cash customers and Net10 customers and follow up with customers to ensure accounts are timely paid Back up receptionist as needed to ensure their location has a high level of customer service File and maintain organized records Assist the accounting managers with any other administration functions needed QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements: An Associates of Business Administration with a major of accounting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
