Job Overview: As a Digital Solutions Product Manager, you will drive the development and execution of fleet management solutions within Komatsu’s My Fleet product portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing fleet tracking, telematics integration, and maintenance planning to improve operational efficiency for customers managing heavy equipment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to develop user-friendly solutions that maximize equipment uptime, asset visibility, and fleet productivity. The ideal candidate has experience in fleet management, digital product development, and telematics solutions, with a strong ability to identify customer needs, translate them into business requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions. You will prioritize enhancements based on customer insights and industry trends, and oversee development through design, build, and deployment phases.
