Sr. Accounts Payable Operations Analyst

Job description

Purpose Senior Accounts Payable Analysts is to partner with the Accounts Payable Manager and offshore team to set department standards through superior customer service, while ensuring best practices are followed for timely and accurate payments of non-merchandising supplier invoices. Provides support to Accounts Payable team members through training, troubleshooting, and assistance with non-merchandising supplier payments when necessary. This role will be a key player in providing vendor master record maintenance, non-merchandise accounts payable daily payments, maintenance and support of expense reimbursements to employees, and administration of the corporate credit card program. This team player will interface with all levels of the company in addressing supplier inquiries, concerns, and issues.
