Looking for a role where you can stay active, think on your feet, and keep things moving? As a Material Handler supporting our packaging plant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation, making sure materials flow smoothly so production never misses a beat. If you love operating equipment, staying organized, and being a go-to teammate, you’ll thrive here. Compensation: - 6am–6pm - 2-2-3 schedule - 6pm-6am - 4 days on/4 days off - $21-$25/hour (based on experience) - $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift! What You’ll Do: Keep materials moving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth Support machine operators and the production team Monitor and restock packaging supplies to eliminate downtime Perform basic equipment maintenance: Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency Ensure quality and care in all materials handled What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent: Experience in material handling (manufacturing/packaging = big plus!)
