Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Reports To : HB & North Superintendent Location : New Mexico – HB & North OVERVIEW The Electrical Supervisor directs a multi-discipline maintenance team to provide maintenance and reliability services for HB & North Plant Surface Operations. This position is responsible for ensuring equipment and system availability and integrity to meet defined production targets and contribute to the success of the organization’s business plan goals. JOB DUTIES - Ensure all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities performed by hourly and contractor personnel are carried out safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally sound manner by ensuring required procedures, practices, standards, and rules are documented and followed. - Maximize equipment availability by determining potential hazards and risks to production and developing and implementing systems to maintain required availability and integrity. - Ensure maintenance philosophies are correctly applied to each unit and reflected in preventive maintenance (PM) schedules as directed by the HB & North Surface Superintendent. - Lead a multi-discipline maintenance team with diverse skill sets toward co...
