Overview The Wholesale Portfolio Management Officer is responsible for underwriting, managing, and growing a credit portfolio while ensuring compliance with CNB policies. This role combines analytical credit expertise with proactive portfolio management to identify risks early and maintain asset quality. The PM also plays a key role in supporting renewals, extensions, and credit-related cross-sell opportunities. The PM builds strong client relationships through face-to-face (FTF) engagement, identifies opportunities for cross-selling, leverages analytics for decision-making, and collaborates with RMs, Portfolio Risk Officers, Credit Specialists, CSAs, Loan Operations, and other internal partners. What You'll Do: - Drive end-to-end ownership of assigned portfolio; anticipate upcoming actions and ensure timely completion. - Analyze credit trends and portfolio metrics to identify emerging risks and ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit risk policies and regulatory standards. - Manage financial tickler records daily through the nCino Covenant Management platform, ensuring timely collection and escalation of exceptions. - Prepare detailed covenant waiver memoranda, credit approval do...
