Our team meets with hundreds of homeowners, generating leads by offering free consultation appointments with our sales team. Opportunity to increase to $25/hour upon hitting performance-based goals. - Base pay PLUS weekly AND monthly uncapped commissions. Average reps typically earn $65,000-$80,000+ a year. - $300 Sign-on Bonus once training is completed.
