Our employee‑owned, integrated team of engineering and design professionals is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for heavy industrial projects, including mining and production facilities. This role is focused on technical leadership - guiding complex mechanical design efforts, collaborating across disciplines, and mentoring developing engineers. Project management experience is valued but not required. What You’ll Do: - Lead mechanical design for industrial facilities, including mining and production operations Design and oversee systems including: - Industrial ventilation and dust collection - Process piping, pumping, and plumbing - Balance-of-plant and material handling support systems - Scope project requirements, verify calculations, and validate equipment selection - Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports - Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and architectural teams - Mentor and support early‑career engineers - Support construction administration and site visits as needed - Contribute to project coordination, client interactions, or proposals Qualifications: Join Our 100% Employee-Owned Firm At our company, ev...
