Job Summary Develop, implement and evaluate all Fieldwork Experiences and Doctoral Practicums for the Occupational Therapy Program Essential Functions: - Securing, maintaining and evaluating external clinical rotation programs for OT students nationwide. - Prepare, develop, and coordinate legal contracts and associated issues for fieldwork establishment and maintenance. - Develop fieldwork course objectives, course materials, and educational experiences that promote optimal learning for students. - Develop, implement and evaluate effective learning processes and course materials for students in the program and associated fieldwork sites - Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, collaboration with fieldwork settings and supervisors, and/or other information required for fieldwork experiences. - Establish communication links and implement and communicate policies and procedures pertaining to conditions and responsibilities for fieldwork educators as they relate to the OT program. - Clarify and analyze fieldwork issues within an ethical framework for positive resolution. - Content and quality assurance of the OT program clinical component. - Maintain current informatio...
