Butler Snow LLP is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated lawyer to join the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group at our Richmond, Virginia office. This practice group generally focuses on defending tort and personal injury claims filed against individuals and companies throughout the Southeast and includes claims involving trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace accidents and exposures, wrongful death, business fraud, breach of warranty, and other business torts. This position will focus primarily on insurance coverage litigation, insurance defense, insurance fraud investigations, and general civil litigation defense in Virginia courts (State and Federal), and requires an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom and has strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
