Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily execution in a fast-paced, perishable eCommerce fulfillment operation. This is a working supervisor role responsible for both leading the team and actively supporting outbound operations to ensure accurate, on-time shipping and high productivity. Key Responsibilities: Daily Outbound Execution: · Lead and support daily shipping operations including pick, pack, and kitting · Ensure all orders (DTC, wholesale, and corporate) are accurate and shipped on time · Oversee FedEx trailer schedules and coordinate timely loading and dispatch · Manage trucking execution and ensure proper handoff and deliveries Labor & Throughput Management: · Drive labor productivity and throughput to meet daily volume targets · Adjust staffing and workflows in real-time to maintain efficiency · Monitor and manage timekeeping, labor tracking, and time clock adjustments Quality & Food Safety (SQF): · Execute and enforce SQF programs and food safety standards · Ensure daily logging, tracking, and compliance documentation is completed accurately · Train team members on proper handling of perishable products and safety protocols Team Leadership &...
