As a Professional Engineer for Roadway, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish. What are the core responsibilities for the role? - Perform the planning, design, and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use paths under the direction of a Project Manager and/or Senior Roadway Engineer - Prepare and contribute to transportation studies, technical memoranda, reports, plans, specifications, and engineer’s cost estimates for a variety of transportation projects - Apply AASHTO, DOT, and local agency standards to develop accurate, constructible, and compliant roadway designs - Coordinate roadway design elements with drainage, traffic, utilities, structures, and right-of-way disciplines to support integrated project delivery - Support...
