Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our global corporate accounting team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role is responsible for leading key aspects of the consolidated monthly close process while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial results. This role will also support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation tools, to drive efficiency, enhance data quality, and strengthen the overall accounting close and reporting process. The Accounting Manager will supervise a team of six accounting professionals and play a critical role in strengthening accounting processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives (including use of AI to drive efficiencies), enhancing system utilization and supporting audit readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, proven people leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in manufacturing and/or public is highly valued.
