Description Weiser Memorial Hospital - rated as one of Idaho's best places to work - is hiring an advanced practice provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for our Family Medical Center. Our providers are responsible for providing quality medical evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages, to restore, maintain and improve health. This role involves working as part of multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care while maintaining patient confidentiality, clear communication, and professionalism. Key duties include providing care through diagnosis, clinical judgement and management in accordance with practice policies and scope of practice. The provider will perform history and physical exams, acute and episodic care, order pertinent lab and diagnostic studies, with interpretation and consultation. The provider works with other medical professionals, delegates tasks as appropriate, and engages in problem-solving and conflict resolution to support a positive team dynamic.
