Role Overview: The Root Cause Analysis & Corrective and Preventive Action Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by managing nonconformances and quality incidents, governing root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are executed and verified for effectiveness. The role drives on-time, to-standard closure of customer action items within defined KPI expectations and standardizes issue triage, escalation, and 8D/EV practices across business units.
