This position provides IT Support Specialist support to the Michigan Combat Readiness Training Center. Support functions include Active Directory management, enterprise patching and application management. This position performs various roles within the IT department at MI-CRTC. Focusing on customer service, maintaining administrative records and managing the incoming communication circuits. This role will also monitor the IT shop email and ticketing systems, be the welcoming face of the department. Answer emails and phone calls, assist with other programs in an administrative capacity.
