Job Summary: Develops implements and maintains policies and programs to ensure physical safety of the casino’s guests, employees, property and assets; complies with Virginia Lottery Gaming Control Board security requirements and the casino’s internal controls. This role will support the day-to-day management of the Security and Valet operations to ensure the operation is fostering an excellent guest experience, good client relations and promoting a professional and courteous image. Additionally, this role will play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the location’s layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.
