At Demant, we are on an ambitious journey to transform our global Manufacturing & Supply Chain through digitalisation and a modern ERP solution. To support this transformation, we are looking for an Organisation Change & Learning Lead to ensure strong adoption of new ways of working across our global organisation. As Organisation Change & Learning Lead, you will drive and coordinate organisational change management and learning activities across a global ERP program. You will act as a key connector between the project organisation and the impacted business domains, ensuring consistent and effective execution across countries and functions. A central part of the role is to establish and enable a global change network, working closely with local change and learning representatives to ensure strong local anchoring, alignment, and knowledge sharing across cultures. Your contribution will directly support business readiness, user adoption, and long‑term value realisation of our ERP investment.
