Someone who enjoys variety, can switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, and wants their work to actually land. What you’ll be doing: This is a true blend of design, delivery and coordination. You’ll be across the full lifecycle of learning — from concept through to facilitation and continuous improvement. You’ll create and facilitate engaging learning programs for a diverse, national workforce, while also managing the end-to-end logistics that bring those programs to life. From building resources and maintaining learning pathways to using data and insights to shape priorities, your work will directly influence capability across the business.
