FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Business Hours The Pay Scale Is $257,442.00 - $302,879.00 Position Summary: As the senior level nursing executive for the business unit, the Chief Nurse Officer provides oversight of the provision of nursing care and is responsible for supervision of nursing and clinical policies and procedures that define and establish a uniform standard of quality patient care. The incumbent designs, facilitates and directs the delivery of care and services to customers including patients, staff, physicians, family members and community representatives.
