STATUS: Non-exempt, full-time (37.5 hours/week): HOURLY RATE: $24.00: SUMMARY: Provides counseling and case management for clients of the Elder Abuse Prevention Program and their families. Presents educational and training seminars on elder mistreatment and related subjects to professionals and other groups within the community. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Program Operations - Provides information and referral services. - Provides comprehensive assessments of the medical/social needs of older adults and their caregivers/family in their home environment. - Conducts investigations of elder abuse allegations in collaboration with community partners such as Adult Protective Services and law enforcement. - Develops comprehensive service plans. - Presents cases to the elder abuse Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team as needed. - Provides support for special projects of the Elder Abuse Prevention Program. - Mai...
