File Handling Assistant Department: Legal: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Leeds: Description: The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the pre-lit casualty claims handling teams. Key Accountabilities: o Monitoring MOJ Portal o Monitoring inboxes o Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets o Completing new claim actions o Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks o Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email o Raising low value payments o Assisting with training as and when required o Onboarding run-off work on various projects o Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD - To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including: - Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system - Comply with set client SLA’s - Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work as a team and independently - 12 months relevant admin / claims support experience - Excellent attention to detail - Strong organisational skills - Good...
