Job DetailsJob Location: Whole School Operations - Rockville, MD 20852Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/yearThe Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School seeks qualified candidates to serve as Director of Security. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of all safety and security operations across both campuses, including policy development, emergency preparedness, personnel supervision, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment. Schedule, conduct, and evaluate emergency drills in cooperation with Principals. Maintain all security systems and assets, including emergency kits, CCTV cameras, access control, and two-way radios, ensuring full functionality and readiness. Conduct regular security audits of buildings, grounds, and events to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
