Accounts Payable Assistant, London: Role Overview: Providing day to day administrative support within the finance team. This role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is responsible for processing stock and non-stock invoices within the company. Responsibilities Include: Processing high volume invoices per month Using 3-way matching system to process stock invoices - invoice – purchase order (PO) – goods received note (GRN) Discrepancy resolution with warehouse and merchandising team for stock invoices Setting up vendors on our Finance system and carrying out bank verification duties Sort and distribute incoming mail: Statement reconciliation – fol...
