Job Summary: Role Summary The Senior HRIS & People Systems Analyst will be responsible for the operational ownership, optimization, and continuous improvement of Volaris Group’s HR systems, with Workday as the core platform. This role will partner closely with the Volaris central HR technology team, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, insight-driven people systems and analytics. This position requires a strong hands-on operator who can independently manage system enhancements, lead projects, and translate business requirements into practical system and reporting solutions. The role will also support the evolution of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across a global organization.
