TITLE: BSN to DNP Adult-Gerontology Graduate Program / Track Coordinator DEPARTMENT: School of Nursing: REPORTS TO: Nursing Program Administrator: CLASSIFICATION: Staff-12 months: EFFECTIVE DATE: TBD: STANDARD WORK HOURS: 37.5 hours per week EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: The Graduate Program / Track Coordinator provides innovative leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating graduate nursing programs. This role supports the School of Nursing in delivering high-quality academic programs and advancing the use of health information technology and online learning to achieve national prominence. Administration: - Provide leadership in the development and ongoing improvement of post-licensure and graduate nursing programs. - Develop and implement systems for recruitment, advisement, orientation, and matriculation of graduate students. - Collaborate with the Chairperson to plan and manage teaching workload responsibilities. - Provide regular consultation to the Chairperson regarding program strengths, weaknesses, enrollment, and student/faculty concerns. - Recruit, interview, and recommend faculty and staff candidates. - Evaluate fac...
