What you'll be doing: Managing the front desk area, greeting and directing visitors, order office supplies, and schedule meetings. Acquiring information for new vendors/subcontractors/suppliers in a timely manner to maintain project schedules, while maintaining a Project Directory within Procore. Issuing and tracking Commitments/Purchase Orders compliant with DD SOP's. Developing relationships with local municipalities as the designated Permit Liaison for each project. Responsible for submitting and tracking all permits. Uploading Drawings and Specifications to Procore for use by Project Team.
