The Community based CNE will be responsible for providing clinical education and mentorship to a multi-disciplinary workforce with a focus in the adult mental health community services. They will be responsible for the development and evaluation of programs and initiatives that support our existing and expanding workforce. The CNE will work in collaboration with the Education Team Leader and Senior Psychiatric Nurse to support staff across SVMH service, ensuring education programs are developed that promote best practice with a focus on strengths and recovery.
