Join us as a Senior Account Manager at Aptitude Software, where you will play a strategic and commercially focused role in managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will be responsible for building senior stakeholder relationships, driving account growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients realise long-term value from Aptitude’s solutions. This role is focused on commercial account ownership, revenue growth, strategic relationship management, and client retention across Aptitude’s global customer base. You Will Be: Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with ownership of client relationships, commercial performance, and long-term account strategy Building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor across finance, operations, and technology functions Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Aptitude’s product suite to drive incremental revenue growth Leading commercial discussions including renewals, pricing negotiations, contract extensions, and account planning activities Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to client prio...
