DESCRIPTION Sinch Telco is a standalone business within Sinch. Our products propel communications services for mobile operators and enterprises around the globe. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with focus on AI-driven Development, to accelerate adoption of AI-powered development practices across Sinch Telco. In this role, youll be a hands-on practitioner, leveraging AI agents to design, build and deliver software while shaping how AI is applied in real engineering environments. Together we will move toward a paradigm where software developers manage teams of specialized virtual AI agents for requirements analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. We intend to unlock new capabilities that enable teams to build and ship faster with higher quality, security, and maintainability.
