Job Description Dewberry is seeking an MS4 Environmental Scientist/Planner for our Baltimore (Owings Mills), MD office. This position will support a growing water resources practice in the areas of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (NPDES MS4) and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) compliance. Tasks include MS4 permit compliance activities (illicit discharge inspections, BMP inspections, watershed assessment and planning); infrastructure resilience and mitigation planning; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis; stormwater design; stream restoration planning and design; and GIS work to support federal, state and local clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
