Job Description PT 15 hrs 3pm-11pm Answers and routes calls received by the Hospital's main telephone number. Operates the PBX telephone console. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties. Job Responsibility: *ADA Essential Functions - * Answers and routes calls received by the main Hospital telephone number. - * Provides patient room and visiting hours information assistance to callers. - * Pages authorized personnel overhead and/or on paging system. - * Monitors all emergency alarms and dispatches appropriate response teams. - * Maintains appropriate logs and records. - * Provides access to telephonic interpreter services for callers with limited English proficiency. - Performs related duties, as required.
