This is a role for an experienced HR Business Partner who can think big picture – and still roll up their sleeves . We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our International Commercial organisation, partnering with senior leaders during a period of growth, transformation and continued evolution. You’ll operate as a true strategic advisor while staying close enough to the detail to make change real, practical and sustainable. Why this role?: You’ll sit at the heart of the business, helping to shape how the organisation grows, develops talent and builds leadership capability across multiple countries. This is not a “steady-state” HR role but would suit someone who thrives in ambiguity , is energised by change, and enjoys working with and coaching leaders.
