Your Responsibilities About the Role: We are a fast-growing consumer electronics company selling across Europe through marketplaces, our own webshop, distributors, and major retail partners. To support our continued expansion and ensure full regulatory compliance, we are looking for an experienced EPR Compliance Specialist to take the lead of all Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations across the EU. This role is responsible for managing WEEE, Batteries, Packaging, and other EPR streams, as well as leading our readiness and implementation of the upcoming EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) . Key Responsibilities: EPR Compliance Management: - Own and manage all EPR obligations across Europe, including: - WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) - Batteries - Packaging - Other applicable waste streams (e.g., textiles where relevant) - Ensure timely and accurate registrations, renewals, and deregistrations in all EU countries - Oversee data collection, validation, and submission for regulatory reporting Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation: - Monitor and interpret evolving EU and national EPR regulations with our external partner - Lead internal imp...
